Now's the Time to Become a Clean Air Breather

Quit now---Quit for Good

A report in New Scientist Magazine stated 'hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest-ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit.'

The revised, very graphic warnings on cigarette packs have hit the news this week.  They'll go onto the packages in September 2012. Here's just one image, and you can see the rest at

Tobacco use accounts for at least 30% of all cancer deaths in the United States.  About half of the people who keep smoking will die because of it.

Lung cancer remains the single largest cancer killer of both sexes in the United States, with more than 90,000 men and 73,000 women falling victim to the disease each year. In fact, lung cancer kills more U.S. women annually than the next two leading malignancies (breast and colon cancer) combined.

The average pack-a-day smoker in the U.S. spends more than $2000 a year on cigarettes (and double that in many states with higher taxes), and has significantly higher medical and dental bills -- even higher dry cleaning bills -- than a nonsmoker.

70% of smokers say they want to quit
More than 48 million Americans already have quit smoking
• At any given time, 1 out of 5 smokers is suffering from a tobacco-related illness such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or asthma, and
• Consider the alternative - not quitting can cost you a decade, 10 years, of life

Isn't it time to become a clean air breather, to stop smoking, for good? For good. Meaning forever. Meaning for the betterment of your health and the health of the people you love.
Quit now---quit for good.
Until September 2011, I'm offering five one-on-one private sessions of smoking cessation hypnotherapy for a special rate of $375. Just think of how much money you'll save when you stop buying cigarettes.
Quit now---quit for good.
